Q: What is Happily?

We’re dedicated to creating moments for couples to connect. Happily will help you invest in your relationship in a fun & meaningful way. We’ll continue to provide you with great at-home date nights, but we’re also adding things like premium experiences, classes with industry leading experts, a new app to help you plan great dates in your city, and other resources and gifts to help couples show each other how much they love one another.

Q: Didn’t you used to be someone else?

Q: Why do I need to create an account?

Creating an account allows you to get personalized date recommendations, access to shipping and order history,

Orders

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at support@thehappily.co as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to solve your request ASAP.

Q: What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can do so for future orders right in your account. If you need to change it for an order you just placed, you’ll need to reach out to us about the change.

Q: Can I send to multiple addresses?

If you are interested in purchasing multiple products using different ship to addresses, please place a separate order for each address. Gift subscriptions & Love Notes already have their destination ready at checkout, so no need to worry about multiple addresses when purchasing products and Gifts during checkout.

Q: Where do I go for returns?

Please fill out our returns form. Only some products are eligible for return at this time.

Q: When do I get my stuff?

We ship out 3-5 days from your order date, giving us time to make sure your box is packed with love, and then 2-4 days for shipping.

At-Home Dates

Q: What are at-home dates?

Each month, we send you everything you need for a fun, unique at-home date night. Each month is different, and a surprise! One month may be dance lessons, the next month may be a gourmet cooking class, while the following month is an evening of art, cheese & wine tasting, all within the comfort of your home! It’s a great alternative to watching netflix and allows you to do something fun together!

Q: How am I billed?

  • Monthly Plan - $39.99/month (Plan automatically renews monthly)

  • 3 Month Plan - $36.45/month (Plan automatically renews every 3 months)

  • 6 Month Plan - $32.96/month (Plan automatically renews every 6 months)

  • ***Please note: 3 and 6 month plans are prepaid and will be paid in full upon subscribing.

Q: When do we receive our subscription box?

We ship on the 10th of every month. Your date should arrive to you 3-5 days after that!

Q: I didn’t like my date. Can I get a refund?

Please reach out to support about any refunds.

Q: Can I add additional items to my subscription box?

Unfortunately not at this time. You can order something extra whenever you like though!

Classes

Q: What format are the classes?

Each class includes a series of videos, workbook downloads, and assessments that make it easy to learn at your own pace. Each class is taught by industry leading experts, giving you the best tools for your relationship.

Q: I’m trying to see the class videos, but I can’t find them?

  • Your class is located at thehappily.co/classapp. You must be logged in to access the content. You can get there from the classes link in the navigation bar or from your account.

  • If you can’t see your lessons, you may not have actually bought access to the class. You should check your account order history to make sure your purchase went through or contact support@thehappily.co.

  • If you are supposed to have access from your partner’s account, talk to them to make sure they linked you from their account page. If everything checks out on their end, contact us at the email address above.

Q: How long is the class?

Each class varies in length and time, and can be completed at your own pace. On average, each class includes 10-15 sessions. Each class contains great content that can be enjoyed on your time.

Q: So, how long do I have access to my class?

FOREVER! You can log in and watch and rewatch for as long as you like. There’s no time constraints on when you need to finish, and even after you finish, you will retain access.

Q: Am I able to speak with my instructor?

We don’t offer direct communication with our instructors at this time, but we may in the future.

Q: Will I have to do homework?

Classes may have a exercises or activities as part of certain chapters. We recommend enjoying them with your significant other in order to get the most out of your class experience., but they are of course optional.

Account

Q: How do I get to my account?

In the top right, click Account. If you are not logged in, click on “Log In” then, after you’re taken back to your previous page, you’ll see “Account” in the nav.

Q: Where do I see my past orders?

On the Account page, there are different sections. Click on “Orders” and you can see your open orders, as well as all past orders you’ve made. This includes your subscriptions too.

Q: I need to change my password!

In Account, click on Settings and create a new password. Please make sure your password is at least 8 characters and contains at least 1 symbol. Once you click “Update” on the page, your password will change.

Q: What does linking with Facebook do?

If you’d like, you can use your Facebook credentials to login to Happily.

Q: I linked my account with a partner I’m no longer with. How do I unlink?

We’re sorry to hear about that. Under Settings in Account, you can unlink an account that you no longer want associated with you.

Q: Can I link multiple accounts to mine?

Not at this time.

Q: I want to change my credit card number, but I don’t see it listed.

We only display the last four digits of your card number and for security reasons, don’t allow you to edit it. If you need to change your number, just enter your credit card information at the bottom of the Personal Information screen in Account.

Gifts

Q: How do gifts work?

When you purchase a gift for someone, you fill out their information and select a date you want us to email them their redemption code. They can redeem at anytime for the subscription you bought them.

Q: Can I order a gift card to the shop?

We don’t currently offer gift cards to our store or for anything other than at-home dates.

Q: Where do I go to redeem a gift?

At the top of the page, hover over Dates and you’ll see a link to “Redeem a gift” in the navigation bar.

Q: I received a gift email but I’m having trouble redeeming it.

Q: Do gift codes expire?

Nope! Your giftee has as long as they like to redeem their subscription.
